1. About StackInterview

StackInterview is an online interview preparation platform that provides curated technical interview questions, explanations, and preparation resources for software developers. The Platform is operated by StackInterview (“we”, “us”, “our”).

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use StackInterview. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

3. User Accounts

You may use parts of StackInterview without creating an account. If you create an account, you are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information

You may not create accounts using automated means or create accounts on behalf of others without authorisation. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Reproduce, redistribute, or sell any content from the Platform without express written permission
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its infrastructure
  • Use the Platform to distribute spam, malware, or any harmful content
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when using the Platform
  • Use the Platform in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

5. Intellectual Property

All content on StackInterview — including questions, answers, explanations, articles, and code examples — is the intellectual property of StackInterview or is used with appropriate authorisation.

You may:

  • Read and use content for personal interview preparation
  • Share links to StackInterview pages

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or publish StackInterview content on other platforms
  • Create derivative works based on StackInterview content for commercial purposes
  • Remove any copyright, trademark, or attribution notices from content

6. Third-Party Advertisements

StackInterview displays advertisements served by Google AdSense. These advertisements are provided by third parties and are governed by Google's advertising policies. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements. By using StackInterview, you acknowledge that advertisements may be displayed alongside Platform content.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

StackInterview is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

  • The Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses
  • The questions or content are exhaustive or will guarantee interview success
  • The Platform will meet your specific preparation requirements

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, StackInterview and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or failure to obtain employment.

9. Changes to the Platform

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of StackInterview at any time without prior notice. We may also update, add, or remove content, features, or functionality at our discretion.
